“General responded within two hours, fixed my A/C, and impressed me enough to sign a maintenance plan. On my next service call, Dennis prevented serious water damage and ensured my system was safe. Highly recommend!”

Love our new AC installation!! We’ve had monthly service for a very long time that’s always been great! They told me it’s finally time to get a new AC. The old one was on its last leg. Wish I would’ve done it sooner, because I just got in my Entergy bill and it went down $300!!

“The crew removed and replaced two 3-ton units, arrived on time, protected the stairs and banister, kept the house clean, answered all my questions and cleaned up after the job.”

"Good company, good people. We’ve used them for years and their techs are always courteous, knowledgeable, and able to solve problems. Today Ron explained how our furnace cycles through startup, which helped us understand the issue.”

"GHAC installed my unit (replacement) originally, and I have had a service contract with them for several years. Ron always calls and arrives on schedule, is very helpful when explaining what needs to be done and why, and is proactive in trying to avoid possible "emergency" issues down the road."

"General Heating and Air is outstanding. Their representatives always come on time, call before the come and explain what they plan to do. We have an annual contract with them that is very reasonable. They come twice a year and check everything out inside and outside."
